How accurate is the range?
The measurement part is real: satellite imagery gives us your roof's surface area and pitch, the same numbers we'd start a takeoff with. The range covers what a photo can't see — decking condition, layers to tear off, flashing details. Most final bids land inside it.
Is this a final quote?
No. It's a budget range so you know what you're dealing with before anyone stands on your porch. The firm written price comes after a free inspection, and it doesn't change once we hand it to you.
What if my address can't be measured?
Satellite coverage thins out past the city limits, and plenty of our service area is past the city limits. If the imagery isn't there, the tool asks you three quick questions about the house and builds the range from those instead.
Do you actually work in my area?
If you're anywhere in Texoma or North Texas — Sherman, Denison, Pottsboro, Van Alstyne, Anna, down through the Dallas–Fort Worth metro — yes. Same for Southern Oklahoma, from Durant up to Oklahoma City. If you're not sure, call 888-766-3669 and ask.
